BY derives from the six saved BX native files but restores the exact original
BW right-star silhouette: R2.75 concave vertices and R4.90 tips. Only the
central illuminated regular hexagon is reduced to R2.30. All material between
the original star boundary and the smaller light is one continuous visible
metal star ring, not six triangular pieces. The left square metal and diffuser
are reduced together to 8.50 mm, within 0.02 mm of the original star's 8.487 mm
width.

Both diffuser inserts remain surrounded by single-solid metal trays with
continuous closed side walls and include underside-open 4.94 x 2.54 x 1.15 mm
LED receiver slots. These nominal solids remove the modeled side opening but do
not constitute a physical light-leak test.

This non-commercial review contains tessellated display assets, not fabrication
files or a manufacturing release. Native CAD, KiCad, STEP and Gerber files are
not included. Insert clearances, adhesive, actual light leakage, optical
uniformity, thermal behavior, tolerances, supplier DFM and real assembly remain
unapproved.
